A 3mm LED that has a yellow flickering, not flashing electronic chip within the LED lamp. This LED has 6″ wire leads and is meant to be used with one of the battery light kits. This LED works at 3 volts but can be made to work at 12 volts by adding a limit resistor. Possible use is to make a flickering fireplace flame or to flicker within a miniature pumpkin at Halloween.
