Once we receive your item for return or exchange, in new unopened condition, unless otherwise communicated and understood, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges (if applicable) or exchange within 24 hours.
If the item was received damaged or incomplete in any way, we will cover all return shipping fees and all original costs of replacement item shipping fees.

All purchases from our website ship in 1 - 3 business days! If there will be any delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Any Back Ordered or item requiring more time and you will be notified by e-mail.
