Plug-In Ceiling Plate Black

A bulb extractor for removing or inserting a screw-base flame tip bulb.  It can be used to extract a blown out or broken glass flame-tip bulb or to simply tighten one into the socket.  I also will work to screw a LED screw base replacement bulb into the socket.
